I was lied to on a medical report by a licensed psychologist, which resulted in me being denied weight loss surgery. The false psychological evaluation is attached to my medical file and has negatively affected my treatment at the hospital. Do I have a case for defamation of character and falsifying medical records, and what steps should I take?
