I want to use pictures, titles, and product numbers from my local wholesale store's website on my own website to sell their products. I'm unsure if this is legal and want to avoid copyright issues. If I can't use their content directly, what modifications can I make to be legal, such as altering pictures in Paint and changing titles or product numbers?

I have received a subpoena from a law firm representing American Family Insurance after they won a judgment against me. I have been making payments as I can. Now, I am commanded to appear and produce my financial records to a notary public at their office and be deposed. Can they force me to hand over my private financial statements even when I have made payments? Can I object and have the subpoena be rescinded? Also, on the date in question, January 30th, I am supposed to be on the road working, which is an opportunity for me to increase my salary. If I am to appear on that date, it means another person will not be able to work, as we work in teams of 2, and every patient that has signed up to receive a health screening on that day will have to be rescheduled. If it is not possible to have the order rescinded, can I at least ask for a different date where I would not be out of town working?

In a Non-Disclosure Agreement, the section titled 'LIST OF PRIOR INVENTIONS AND ORIGINAL WORKS OF AUTHORSHIP' states that it lists all prior inventions made, conceived, or first reduced to practice by the Contractor. However, the individual who created the books and products was the owner of the company, not my company as 'The Contractor'. Shouldn't it say 'Made, conceived, or first reduced to practice by the COMPANY'?
