I have been working as a full-time security contractor for over eleven years in San Jose, CA, with Allied Universal. Last week, my badge was deactivated by a former contractor who is now a supervisor at the client's site, IDC Infomart Data Center. This supervisor falsely reported to my contractor company that the client no longer wants me on site, without the client's knowledge. I believe this is discrimination and I need help to understand my rights and how to get my job back. Can you provide guidance on what steps I should take?

After a judge made a ruling, how do I compel the judge to look at new evidence or information which was not available at the first application? The judge refused to acknowledge receipt of my motion for reconsideration, and the appeal filed only looks at information at the time of trial and does not consider new evidence. New evidence shows perjury, fraud, and deception by both the litigant and his attorney.

I married my wife in Brooklyn, NY on 01-11-2005, and she divorced her ex-husband in Egypt on 03-07-2006. She has documents of a divorce from her ex-husband in 2004 but refuses to provide them to me. Immigration denied my application for citizenship because she did not submit these 2004 divorce papers. How can I force her to provide these documents to save my legal status in the USA?
