There is a water main leak in the apron of my driveway, which was repaired 14 months ago by a specific plumber, and it is leaking again. Should I call the same plumber who dug up the driveway, and how can I prove it was his error, or should I get someone else?

Three brothers were previously Power of Attorney (POA) for their mother. One brother took their mother to a lawyer and changed himself to the sole POA. The mother did not understand what she signed and was taken into a room with the lawyer alone. She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) but was deemed competent to sign forms. The brother is also planning to have a lawyer write up a trust and put a deed in his name. What legal recourse do the other brothers have?

I verbally agreed to take a picture but never agreed to have it used for commercial purposes. What legal actions can I take, and what might the company's defense be?

I have a judgment on me for a car accident my underage daughter was in. Neither car involved were cars I owned or was driving. I thought the insurances for the cars would have paid the bill. I requested a hearing to stop garnishment and got it, but the collection company said because it is from 2016, there is no way to get the insurance to pay for it now and that I would have to pay it. Everyone I have talked to has told me to not pay as it shouldn't be on me. I just need to know if it is even worth fighting, it's only a little over 1000.

We signed a lease for an apartment in Vero Beach, FL, for 55 and over tenants, without knowing that smoking was permitted. After moving in, I developed severe coughing due to second-hand smoke, which led to medical issues. I gave the office a 60-day notice to break the lease due to health reasons and vacated the premises. The management is now demanding the balance of our rent and security deposit. What are my rights as a tenant, and can they send this to a collection agency since we vacated due to medical reasons?
