An agency reached out to me for a potential subcontract. They asked me to send them our presentation deck to combine with theirs for a client pitch, but I won't be at the meeting. They want to change the unilateral NDA to a mutual NDA and have asked me to sign it, but they haven't provided the client's name in the NDA. Is it a good idea to give them the deck without knowing the client's name?

I won a small claims case and the defendants were supposed to pay damages from their wages, but we haven't received any money yet. Are we supposed to initiate a garnishment with the employers, or should the defendants handle it directly with their employers?

I am looking for a way out of my home lease in California. The home has a toxic mold problem, and we were not informed about the HOA existence/rules before moving in. We have had multiple issues with the HOA and would have never moved in had we known. There is also an insect problem, despite us having a pest control company for 5 months that we pay for. How can I address these issues to potentially terminate my lease?
