If an employee is out on medical leave for breast cancer, can the employer force the employee to return to work after a period of time (6 months), even if the employee has utilized short-term disability and is currently on long-term disability through the employer and has not finished treatment? The employee is a nurse working in the operating room and is scheduled for surgery requiring a 6-week no-lift restriction. HR has stated that the employee would not be allowed to return to work on 'light duty' and that the employee would be terminated if not back by a specific date.

My debit card was used for unauthorized transactions on 10/27/19 and 10/28/19 for amounts of $45, $45.52, and $67.68 by SimpleMobile and Tracphone. Can a medical facility sue me for $1,000 or is it just a threat to get me to pay? I am in Florida, and I have asked if I can pay them in a lump sum, but they did not offer much of a discount. They were paid by my insurance, but there is a remaining balance. Bills are appearing constantly for services I didn't even know I had.
