If I co-signed on a mortgage loan for my daughter and her partner and my daughter no longer resides there, is there anything that can be done to force the other person out for not paying the payment? I continue making the payment so it won't ruin my credit. What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. What steps have you taken so far?
