I’m 65 years old and was placed on Convenience Leave without pay by my employer, Jacobs Engineering, with the understanding that they would bring me back when they get busy. They extended the leave to December 18, and I have not received any communication about my future with the company. I feel I’m being forced out due to my age and high pay scale. Do I have any recourse, and is it worth pursuing?
