In 2005, I was arrested in Virginia for concealment, which I did not commit but was charged with a misdemeanor. After completing community service, my case was dismissed. I am a teacher in Maryland and my principal has asked for my fingerprints. I am concerned about my record being accessed and potentially affecting my job. Is it possible to expunge my case, and how can I find a good lawyer for this process?
