In a parking lot at a casino, a wind-split tree fell on my new vehicle, causing minimal damage. Casino employees attempted to remove the tree incorrectly, causing additional damage of approximately $2,900. The casino's insurance company refused to pay, citing it as an act of nature. The tree was previously bolted together, and employees were negligent in their removal attempt. What are my options for pursuing compensation, considering the costs of tribal court seem prohibitive?

I posted a picture I took during a company photoshoot on my personal social media accounts. The company is threatening to sue me for leaking their photoshoot concept, even though I am an employee and took the photos with my own camera. Can they sue me for this?

The company union contract for employees hired under an old contract states that they do not have to travel between locations, unlike new employees. Some locations are more than 60 miles from home and travel is not compensated. One employee under the old contract only travels to a store close to her home, placing the burden of traveling greater distances on others. My thoughts are that once she is willing to go to any store regardless of the distance, that should void her old contract and she should be required to travel to other stores as well, to make travel more fair to the rest of us. Is this considered unfair labor practices?

Can signatures be copyrighted, and if not, how do they differ from names in the eyes of copyright law? Additionally, could the Abraham Lincoln 1862 signature be considered a trademark for use in artwork?

I share a driveway with my neighbor. He owns a majority of the property that the driveway is on, but I have an easement allowing me access to my garage. Quite often, he blocks the driveway by parking one or more of his or his friends' vehicles in the driveway, blocking my entrance or exit. What can be done to stop this? The police have said they cannot do anything about it.

I represent an organization where the president has an open criminal investigation and is intimidating and extorting the Board members. We have already reported this to the FBI, but they won't intervene in the organization's private matters. What type of lawyer do we need to remove him from his position and terminate his employment?
