On 2/06/2012, I tripped on a raised area of a ramp coming out of a Walgreen's drug store, fracturing my second toe, bruising my ribs, and causing various bruises and abrasions. The store manager acknowledged the hazard and promised to fix it, but no action has been taken. What recourse do I have to ensure these repairs are done and to seek compensation for my injuries?

I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in AZ. My employer gave me a $2500 check to purchase a camera and lens for him. I used my debit card to buy the camera for $1500 and intended to use the remaining money for the lens. However, I gave the remaining $1000 back to my employer after depositing the check. Will these transactions affect my bankruptcy filing, especially since I gained nothing from it and the camera cannot be returned?

I want to borrow on a home that was signed over to me last month without any money changing hands. My mother signed it over to me, and now I want to get a consolidation loan on it. However, the lenders say I have to have it in my name for at least 6 months before they can proceed with the loan, even though the home is paid for outright. Is there a federal law requiring me to be on the deed for 6 months?
