In Florida, regarding a 'converted disposition' final judgment from a real estate transaction in 2005, is there a time limit for the plaintiffs to collect monetary value from this judgment? Does such a judgment carry an unlimited time frame? Is the losing defendant subject to paying this debt for their entire life until the total amount is paid? If there was a spouse to the defendant (not named in the case), would they also be subject to this monetary debt?
