Remediation was done with no satisfaction, and my credit card company is in the investigative process. I’ve also sent a letter to Terminix chronologizing events this past year and voicing my dissatisfaction with their service, since the problem is worse than ever. I am reaching out again to see what Terminix’s recourse might be if the money is refunded. Also, if it comes down to taking them to small claims court, I would like whatever helpful advice you could give me.
