My wife and I each have 33 1/3 ownership in a restaurant, and there is one additional owner with the same share. We want to know if we can vote this individual out, sell our shares, and walk away. Additionally, we have been denied access to emails, the POS system, and the bank account, and I was physically assaulted by the other owner, her brother, and boyfriend. We are located in Ohio and have not taken any legal steps yet.

I called the attorney handling my mother's estate to ask him a question, but he did not answer. I need to know how long he has to call me back, and what steps should I take if he doesn't respond.

As one of three trustees and the Power of Attorney (POA) for my mother, how can I prevent my siblings from charging my mother's trust account for their attorney's fees, especially when they are using the attorney to harass me and make baseless accusations, while also ensuring that my mother's wishes regarding her personal account and home are respected?

Would information from a private investigator be admissible in court for a custody case? I am concerned about the safety of my children due to the other parent's suspected drug dealing activities. I am unsure if the private investigator could catch him selling drugs, but they might show a lot of traffic coming in and out of his house. Is this information useful in court, and what are the chances it would be considered by the judge?

I went into my ex's house without permission in Maryland to return her keys. A neighbor saw and called the police. Should I talk to the police if they come, and will I be incriminating myself by doing so?
