In New York City, my neighbor and I had a verbal argument where he opened his window and began yelling at me with my daughter present. I placed a piece of wood under his air conditioner, which is encroaching and leaking on my property, to stop the leak. He called the police and claimed I damaged his air conditioner insulation, costing $200. I never threatened him. He has video footage where I admitted to touching his air conditioner, which the DA wants to show in court. The video was filmed on my private roof terrace. Can you tell me if he is allowed to video me on my private property and if the video is admissible proof?

I was recently charged with Criminal Trespassing at DFW Airport in Texas on 9/5/17. I mistakenly walked through an exit door that led to the check-in area, was arrested, and now face a class A misdemeanor. I have a letter from TSA asking for my input and need to respond within two weeks. What are the potential repercussions, and is there a possibility of having the case dismissed or the sentence reduced? Should I reply to the TSA letter, and if so, what should I include? Additionally, what type of attorney should I consult for assistance, and do they need to be practicing in Texas?
