I live in Alabama and have a handicapped daughter for whom I receive child support. At what age will her father no longer have to pay child support? She is totally dependent on me and is in a wheelchair.

Why does the father have to pay child support if he doesn't get to see the children because she won't let him, even though they have never been married, a DNA test proves he is the father, and he is not on the birth certificate or the children don't have his last name?

I am trying to expunge my Utah criminal record because I am applying for jobs in California. I have two class B misdemeanors and a few other convictions, which I believe are class C. All of them are over five years since conviction and I have paid all my fines, etc. I called Utah's Background Criminal Investigation offices today and they told me that I cannot get any of my record expunged because I have more than two convictions. However, I have found in several places, including Utah Courts Government page that the stipulations on the requirements for expungement are more than three convictions of either Class A or B misdemeanors not resulting from a single arrest. My question is if I am able, in fact, to expunge my record?
