The moving company is based in Colorado but states that legal proceedings should be in Dade County, Florida. Can my issue be brought to arbitration or court, and would the jurisdiction clause preclude small claims court? If small claims court is an option, which state should I file in?

I have had to miss work to handle this legal issue and want my supervisors to provide written statements about my missed work. I was told the company needs to receive a legal notice to do so. Additionally, I have spoken with a therapist about anxiety and panic attacks caused by this person. Would they also need to receive a legal notice to provide testimony?
