I am a US service member who returned from deployment to find that my storage company auctioned off my unit without a court order due to non-payment, which was lost in the mail from the Army post office. I notified them that I was a service member and requested my belongings be returned, but they did nothing to stop the auctionee. Do I have any legal options under the Service Members Civil Relief Act?
