My girlfriend and I split up, and she is trying to kick me and my daughter out of the house, which is in her and her ex-husband's name, and is demanding $120 weekly rent. Can she legally do this without a written agreement in North Carolina? Additionally, she plans to sell the house and move to Utah, which would prevent me from seeing our daughter. What are the chances of the court not allowing her to move to Utah for joint custody, and how can I handle this without a lawyer?

My girlfriend was employed at the same workplace as I am and we had the same boss. She was recently laid off and is pregnant, and she filed a complaint for discrimination. I fear my boss will retaliate against me and that I will be laid off or fired. What are my rights?
