As it was their preference that I pay using electronic check withdrawals from my account, and the law requires a renewal every six months, that is, a request from the plaintiff B&G, to the debtor (Walter, by the way) isn't there a shared responsibility in this case to keep payments flowing?

What are my rights regarding a HIPAA violation, and can I be compensated for my privacy being violated? My primary physician's office faxed my mammogram results to my place of business without contacting me first, and I was not in the office that day. The medical office reported the violation.

Last year, I borrowed my friend's car and got into an accident, finding out his insurance had lapsed. I was insured with liability coverage and was covered for the damages I caused. However, his car was totaled, and he wants me to pay for the entire amount. I feel I should only owe half since I was unaware of his lapsed coverage. If we went to court, what would probably be the outcome?

My daughter Kim was fired from Wal-Mart for allegedly violating a Patriot Act code (GE-01, FG-1201) by advising an associate to break down a $6000 money order transaction into smaller, ID-unrequired transactions. Kim denies this accusation and was not given a chance to rebut or confront her accuser. There are no witnesses to support the associate's claim. Can you find any information on the Patriot Act code she was accused of violating, and what legal grounds do we have to fight this accusation in her unemployment appeal?
