My daughter Kim was fired from Wal-Mart for allegedly violating a Patriot Act code (GE-01, FG-1201) by advising an associate to break down a $6000 money order transaction into smaller, ID-unrequired transactions. Kim denies this accusation and was not given a chance to rebut or confront her accuser. There are no witnesses to support the associate's claim. Can you find any information on the Patriot Act code she was accused of violating, and what legal grounds do we have to fight this accusation in her unemployment appeal?

Is it a crime to empty a person's safe deposit box after their death in order to beat the executor of the estate to discovery of the contents of the box, take the contents across state lines, and hide such items until the statute of limitations runs out? The contents are worth $250,000, and the person involved was a family member with power of attorney in Connecticut. This happened four years ago, and nothing has been filed or reported.

I have a question regarding the issuance of a death certificate for a missing person in Colorado. The person was registered as a missing person on 09/12/2012 and has not been seen or heard from since. There was a police report from the night he disappeared.

My toilet leaked from my condo to my neighbors' bath downstairs from me and caused damage. Am I liable to pay damages or are they? It is a 3-story condo.
