My daughter Kim was fired from Wal-Mart for allegedly violating a Patriot Act code (GE-01, FG-1201) by advising an associate to break down a $6000 money order transaction into smaller, ID-unrequired transactions. Kim denies this accusation and was not given a chance to rebut or confront her accuser. There are no witnesses to support the associate's claim. Can you find any information on the Patriot Act code she was accused of violating, and what legal grounds do we have to fight this accusation in her unemployment appeal?

The contents are worth $250,000, and the person involved was a family member with power of attorney in Connecticut. This happened four years ago, and nothing has been filed or reported.
