I have 2 evictions listed on my public record even though I settled these eviction notices before going to court. One eviction has been dismissed but the other is not dismissed according to a consumer agency. The consumer agency ran a background check on me and I was denied rent because of these 2 judgments/records. How do I get these 2 judgments expunged from public record? I cannot rent another apartment due to these judgments.

I have an issue with a retail brokerage house that liquidated a position of mine using their discretion and a faulty valuing system, resulting in a negative account balance. The brokerage's actions included poor risk assessment, incorrect portfolio valuation, and no prior phone call or chance to wire funds before liquidation. Do I have any legal case here, or is their arbitration agreement usually ironclad?

My husband passed away on May 3, 2015, due to cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer, which spread to his lungs. He had a history of smoking and drinking from a young age. I want to know if I have a case against the beer company for not informing people about the potential health risks of drinking, such as cirrhosis of the liver, 36 years ago.

I am a music teacher using a church facility for my lessons. Am I endangering the church's non-profit status by charging for my lessons while using the church property, especially if I'm also employed by the church but doing the lessons as a side job?
