I need to identify a company that can issue a supersedeas bond pending appeal, but that will require only a premium payment, not the full amount of the judgment. Can you tell me what companies will permit payment of premium only?

My ex and I use a website for communication (ourfamilywizard.com) which works great. However, recently I have been receiving bullying/harassing e-mails from my ex's attorney (using my ex's ourfamily wizard account). This could be my ex posing as her attorney; however, in any event the e-mails are harassing and threatening in nature, and are unfounded. I have told her that if she feels the case warrants threats that she should file a motion in court, and that OFW is not the forum for such, as well as, her attorney shouldn't be contacting me directly. She continues to do so. I have logged a complaint with the OFW support group, but have yet to receive a response. However, what actions can I take to stop this activity?

I am a former student at a university in a discontinued masters of nursing program. I have only one clinical class left to complete my degree, but the university won't let me re-enroll because I took a year off due to personal reasons. I have $40,000 in student loans and can't finish my degree elsewhere. What type of lawyer do I need and where should I seek legal action?

My ex-girlfriend lived with me from July/Aug 2010 to Oct 3rd 2012 without a lease agreement. She moved out voluntarily but has since repeatedly intruded into my home to retrieve her personal belongings without prior arrangement. I have changed the locks due to these intrusions and a physical altercation occurred. Given that she was not a tenant, what legal steps should I take to ensure she removes her belongings and to protect myself from potential legal actions?
