If a HOA was dissolved in Washington, can it start up again, and with 11 homes, can a new HOA be started without everyone signing? The dissolved HOA is being run as if it never was dissolved.

I received an email from someone in Hong Kong claiming that a person with the same last name as mine died and left money in their will. They say they can help me get the money, but I'm unsure if this is a scam or illegal. What should I do?

How do I write a letter to the Georgia State Board of Nursing to transfer my LPN license from South Carolina, given that I was convicted and arrested for fraudulent checks in South Carolina, but the issue has been resolved, restitution was made, and I served time? I worked as an LPN for 8 years in South Carolina without any issues related to this matter.

Our village board went to our neighbors and vets to get them to write letters against us for having more dogs than the limit (we had just moved from a county that allowed our number of pets, and were hoping to get an exception). The neighbors called the cops on us and went to the board, who then tried to find as many neighbors as possible to write letters about us. We have never had any complaints or incidents. Is it legal to encourage slander and this type of communication in a neighborhood to resolve an issue? Not one neighbor addressed this ever with us indirectly or directly. They also contacted our vet asking for private health information about our pets, without first asking if this was ok. Can we sue our village board for their conduct during this pet issue?
