I inherited a company from my father and am trying to understand financial obligations. Is the company required to have printed copies of all receipts, and what potential trouble could I face if I can't find all receipts and invoices? The Defendant's attorney passed the deadline to respond to my First Amended Motion and blamed me for not sending a Notice of Withdrawal, which I did not formally use but communicated intentions to withdraw. Is it illegal for a family member who is an attorney to inappropriately inquire about my case, especially when I have politely asked them to stop? This family member continues to seek information from DCPS and my public defender, claiming it's to put family at ease, even though I choose not to share details.
