Is it legal in the state of Mississippi for off-duty deputies, paid by the school and a high school principal, to take students aged 17 and younger into a room and make them take a breath test for alcohol without physical evidence of alcohol present or parental consent? This occurred on prom night at a public school, where students were not allowed to enter the prom and sent home if they tested positive.

My friend has a judgment for about $80,000 against her ex-husband. He received $85,000 in a will from his step-grandmother and transferred it to his girlfriend, who used the money to buy race horses for their business. He was found guilty of hiding the money and opted to go to jail for 90 days instead of paying his ex-wife. Now he's out, and he and his girlfriend are living large on their race horse business. Can we use the law of 'fraudulent conveyances' to get the money from the girlfriend, since she testified in court that she was just a 'conduit' for the money? If so, what complaint form do we use?
