We paid for a new mobile home with Coastline Homes in Hancock Maine, and were told it was a 2017 Astro Single wide 14X44 home. However, after further inquiry, we discovered on July 26 that the mobile home is actually a 2014 model, with the bill of sale showing it was made to appear as a 2015 or 2016 model. We have all the paperwork and notes on everything that happened. Have you talked to a real estate attorney about this?
