My wife's car broke down and was towed to a dealership. The dealer found a blown engine and replaced it with a used engine from a salvage yard, charging me $1830 upfront. They promised the car would be ready in a week, but after driving 450 miles and incurring additional expenses, I found out the car wasn't ready. Over a month later, they informed me the car was fixed but the cost was 62% more than agreed. Do I have a case for a lawsuit, and can I sue for $1,000,000 for emotional, mental, and physical distress, inconvenience, lost income, and additional expenses?

As a Physician's Assistant, I order labs, x-rays, and other tests on patients. My supervising physician has removed my name from these orders to hide the fact that he missed diagnoses on multiple patients. Is he allowed to remove my name from the charts of patients that I diagnosed when he couldn't?

I have a summons in the Circuit of the State of Oregon for the County of Jackson, involving a lawsuit by Southern Oregon Credit Service against my closed business, Pacific Wine Club, where I was the president and owner. I have moved from Ashland, Oregon to Wellington, Nevada. I tried to get a lawyer in Oregon but was told I need a lawyer in Nevada. Which state should I get a lawyer in?
