I've had vandalism on my car for months. Various commercial properties with cameras have not provided footage unless requested by the police. I'm in Ohio and have filed police reports, but they seem uninterested unless footage is obtained. How do I get the properties to pull their footage, and can I review it as the victim?

In a motion to dismiss an appeal, the defendant/respondent stated in the notice of motion that the motion is based 'upon all of the pleadings and proceedings herein.' However, the defendant did not include all necessary pleadings and proceedings in the exhibits. Is this motion defective, and if so, what is the status of the incomplete motion in reference to other admissions made within that defective motion?

I am trying to determine if a job offer from HBP Konsult AB is legitimate. They found my resume on Career Builder and offered me a position as an account manager. The job is a work-from-home position with no face-to-face interview, and they have a New York phone number despite being a Swedish company. The job involves managing clients' assets and using my personal bank account for transactions. Is this a scam, and what should I do?

I co-signed a motorcycle loan for my son in Illinois, and I recently discovered that he is in collections for over $20K, which I was unaware of at the time. If he declares bankruptcy, will it affect my credit rating? Is there a way to rescind my co-signatory status based on his poor credit report, which Harley Davidson pulled but did not inform me about?

In the feature film script I’m writing, Bonnie (the main character) is sentenced to drive for Uber for 90 hours by a judge who is not a nice person. She wants to fight against this sentence and find a way to make the judge lose his job or at least get removed from her case. What legal steps can she take, and is it possible for her to actively participate in her own growth by confronting the judge in a meaningful way?
