Is there a legal penalty or other remedy for someone making completely outrageous and false accusations about you in court without having any proof to substantiate their accusations? In a probate case, is there a motion that can be filed to stop heirs from objecting to every decision made by the representative just for the sake of objecting and prohibiting her from executing her duties?
