My child is 16 years old and we live in the state of Oregon. I share joint custody with my ex-husband; I have my son 60% of the time and he has him 40%. However, my son does not want to go to his father's house at all. Is my son legally allowed to just say no, I'm not going?

I live in a house behind another house by a street corner. We had two pathways from our house to the streets. One goes beside the house in front of us to one street where there is little parking available, and the other goes through an empty lot that belongs to the house on the corner, between its garage and another house. We have been using a pathway through that lot for six years to access that street because we have available parking there and can see our 2 cars there and would be able to hear their alarms there. The corner house was sold by our landlords about 1.5 years ago, and the new owner continued to let us use the path to get to our vehicles. He recently evicted his tenants and is now telling us that we can no longer use that path. Aren't there any type of "access" laws in our favor? What can we do?

I have a client with a dog who got into a fight with a neighbor's dog. The neighbor has initiated legal action, and the client's dog has a history of aggression. What legal implications does this have, and what resources can help the client navigate this situation?

I have paid off my timeshare mortgage, but I owe $2,700 in late association fees. I have been paying association fees for over 6 years at $25 a month. If I transfer my property back to the lodge as a 'special warranty deed', do I still have to pay the late association dues, or can I file a 'special warranty deed' with Eagle County and be done with it? Please advise.
