I have a significant amount of child support arrearages and have worked out a repayment plan. I recently had my driver's license reinstated by a judge after paying $500 into arrearages, but my passport was not reinstated when I failed to mention it in court. I am currently not in default on my repayment plan and am 60 years old with medical issues that require regular doctor visits, but I have no insurance and am trying to get on Medicaid. My daughter is getting married and taking a cruise for her honeymoon, and I am not invited. I have the opportunity to go on the same cruise, which might help rekindle our relationship, but I need a passport to do so. Additionally, I will not be able to repay the arrearages in full except through the monthly payment, which will take a very long time. If I have to go back to court, what do I need to include in the Motion that would convince the judge to reinstate my passport?

I own a car wash and one of my employees wrecked a customer's car. Do I have to give the customer my insurance information? I am willing to pay for the damages out of my pocket but don't want to claim it on my insurance. A police officer was called and he told me I have to give him my insurance info but it doesn't seem right.

My son received a ticket in NYS for not having his vehicle inspected. The back of the ticket stated that as long as the inspection took place within 48 hours the fine would be waived, but this was not honored. Additionally, he was not given a second ticket at the time, but it was referenced in a later notice. He is a student with a PA license and a NYS-registered car purchased in NYS. Is there any recourse for us?

I ran aground while leaving my boat slip in July-mid August 2012 due to a shallow sand bar within the property boating channel to the main river channel. No notice was displayed to warn registered boaters of the navigation situation. They have ignored my requests for answers and my submitted statements for repairs. What was the value of the damage, and who am I trying to recoup from?
