The same GAL was informed by a Court Casework that the Clerk's office 'accidentally' deleted my attorney off the docket case for a five-month period. My former attorney took this opportunity to abandon the case while it was still open, enabling the GAL to submit two motions to the Court uncontested. The GAL warned my former attorney of the correction and the need to formally withdraw from the case. The court already filed a judgment against me three months prior. Do I have any recourse at this time?

My daughter was in a treatment center for an eating disorder for one week, but I pulled her out due to the lack of proper treatment, including no one-on-one sessions with a nutritionist, therapist, or psychiatrist, and limited equine therapy. She was also surrounded by drug addicts threatening self-harm. The facility greatly misrepresented their program. Do we have to pay for this service, and what legal actions can we take?

My car's license expired at the end of August, and it was impounded by the management of my apartment complex, who have an agreement with a towing company to remove abandoned cars. The car was not abandoned, and I was not notified before it was towed. The impound is now asking for almost $300 to release the car. Do I have any means to force the towing company or the management to erase the impounding fees on any grounds?

I've been asked to sign two contracts with the same party. The first contract starts retroactively a couple of days ago, and the second one starts today. Both will be signed today. There is a conflicting clause in the contracts, and the other party refuses to change either one to fix the problem. My question is, would contract 2 control?
