My 11-year-old daughter told her teacher that her mom is a smoker and an alcoholic. The school called my wife to a meeting and requested she stop smoking and drinking, and they are reporting this to the school board for investigation. The school now wants to visit our home. There is no abuse in the home, and my daughter is not in need of anything. What can the school board do, and what should my course of action be?
