My 16-year-old daughter is being discriminated against at her Catholic High School due to medical issues, specifically migraines. I bought a vitamin store in Kissimmee, Florida in January 2010 through my corporation, 'Far Horizon.' The sellers and broker presented the store as wildly profitable, but it was actually losing money due to their fraudulent practices. I gathered evidence and sued them, but my attorney resigned a month before the trial. The defense attorney got the judge to dismiss my corporation as a plaintiff with prejudice, and now seeks partial judgment on three counts. The argument is that I, as an individual, was not a party to the Closing Agreement, Covenant Not To Compete, and Bill of Sale Agreement. I have two days to amend my complaint. How can I rewrite the three counts to reflect that I was the sole funder and decision-maker for the corporation?

I am a pre-surgery transsexual woman planning to fly out of Memphis, TN or Little Rock, AR dressed as my preferred gender presentation, female. I cannot get the usual picture IDs in AR in my female name before I actually have surgery. I plan to purchase the airline ticket in my male name which will match my passport and other picture ID, but my appearance will be altered slightly by a minimum of tasteful makeup and a conservative wig. I will dress in comfortable travel clothing, probably dress jeans and a conservative blouse. What can I expect as far as the reception at the TSA security lanes? What other steps might I do to avoid undue inconvenience and attention?
