I need help understanding the wording of a Writ that I was served with. The judgement creditor seeks to levy upon property in which the judgement debtor has an interest and apply it to the satisfaction of a judgement. The property to be levied upon is described as follows: Levy on any and all accounts of the judgement debtor, including bank accounts. Does this mean they are going after bank accounts only or are they going to try and take stuff from my home to satisfy the debt?

If an individual sues me claiming I did substandard construction work, and I can prove they are only after money, can I counter-sue for their initiating a frivolous lawsuit, requesting compensation for attorney/legal fees and damages for wasting my time if the court agrees with me and the person loses?
