My 24-year-old son recently died and he had financed a truck through a local credit union just 4 months ago. If I go to the credit union and tell them what has happened, what will happen to the truck? His brother would like to keep the truck and continue making payments, but I don't know if they will allow that. Legally, do we have any grounds to stand on? He had no will and no co-signers on the loan.

My child was run over by a motorist, and social services found it was not our fault. However, a month later, I was served a summons for neglect. I was at the hospital with the officer 5-6 hours after the accident, and he was unsure about the details. Witnesses said the woman ran over my child while he was on his motorized bike. I stepped inside briefly while supervising him with other kids, and the accident happened. My child was airlifted to the hospital, and I couldn't verify the woman's story to the officer. My daughter's mother has moved 4 times in 4 years and recently took my daughter out of the country without my consent. I already have a court order stating that either parent must get the other's consent to leave the state or country. I'm a teacher in a high school that is phasing out. There is a disruptive student whose behavior has caused me significant stress. Last week, I overreacted by informing the principal that a student, Cesar Fernandez, took a missing folder based on a student's witness statement. This led to a meeting where the focus shifted from the student's behavior to the alleged theft, making me appear as the victim. I have a meeting with my supervisor tomorrow, possibly for disciplinary action. What should I say to handle this situation effectively?
