My apartment was flooded due to a broken washer water hose, affecting multiple units. I am in Florida, City of Sarasota. The maintenance team has set up fans and dehumidifiers, but I am concerned about the smell and potential health issues. What are the landlord's responsibilities, and what should I do next?

Our church had a fundraiser 15 years ago to build a Family Center/Gym. They collected donations and sold property for this purpose. The city never approved the project due to issues with water runoff and adjoining landowners. The money has been in a special account for 15 years. Is it legal for the church to vote to repurpose the money for other church needs, considering some donors are deceased and only a few original donors remain at the church?

In Arizona, I was convicted in 2012 for theft from an LLC telemarketing company I worked for. I was given 3 years probation which was extended 5 more years because there is still a balance owed. My probation is set to end in 2020 but due to the amount, there will still be a balance at that time. I just discovered that the LLC company was shut down by the AG a month after I settled my case in 2012 for violating the Consumer Fraud Act and the 2 owners were fined a total of $650,000. Is there a good chance the restitution I still owe would not be owed any longer?

I entered a signed contract with a Loan Company after a loan matured and a balance remained. I have paid the amount before the due date for 3 months as agreed. However, the company reported to the Credit Bureau that I missed all three payments and am behind in payments, which is inaccurate. The contract does not state anything about being late as long as payments are made as required. Do I have any recourse against this company, especially given their history of similar behavior?
