My aunt lives in Colorado. She is currently married. She and her husband bought a house a couple of years ago. When he purchased the house, paid in full, he only put his name on the title. Now, he is gravely ill with a terminal disease. He told her that his children, he is 30 years her senior, will inherit the house. Does or does she not have any legal rights to their house in the state of Colorado, being that they purchased the house as a married couple?
