In 2000, a surgeon implanted a pain management pump, and I have been his patient until March 2011. After being incarcerated for 12 months and released, I have been trying to get him to see me for a refill and pump replacement. Initially, his office said he was no longer seeing workman's comp cases, but I informed them I had never been a workman's comp case. They then said he refuses to see me at all. What should I do, as I have contacted the hospital administrator and they haven't returned my calls?

I received a call from my 2-year-old's gym stating that they received complaints about my body odor and I can't return until the issue is resolved. I am highly educated and have never faced such a complaint before. I believe the issue stems from my frequent attendance of classes, which they advertise as unlimited. How should I address this situation, and what legal actions can I take?
