My business is incorporated in Colorado and I have a traveling boutique that does special events in other states. I received a notice from the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission about a former worker who claims to have worked for me for six months, though he only worked for 28 days in Oklahoma and then traveled with me to other states. I paid him in cash and did not file any employment papers. Since my business is a corporation, do I have to provide my personal social security number to the Commission?
