My ex-girlfriend has been sending nude photos of herself to me while dating her current boyfriend. She recently told me that these photos ended up on a website and that I need to have them taken down or she will press charges against me. She lives in another state and has given me different timelines for removal. Can she press charges against me?

Would photos of a child taken from me after a hearing and court being told the child fears me, but showing the child happy with me at a recent birthday party just 4 weeks ago, be good evidence in the near future? I have much more evidence than that, but this is just an example.

I own a horse that was raised in Kentucky and had a UCC filed against it while it was there. I shipped the horse to California. Can the UCC still carry its priority lien even though the horse isn't in Kentucky anymore? I have a judgment in California that says the liens are in Kentucky and aren't good in California. How can that be? Do you have to file new UCCs every time the horse moves to a different state?

I was served a summons to appear at a contempt motion in Harris County, TX, filed pro se. This case was moved to the 418th District Court in Montgomery County nearly 5 years ago. Additionally, the other party has appealed the agreed divorce, and that appeal is still pending. Is this not just a slam dunk quash for lack of jurisdiction?
