After a judgment for forcible detainer in justice court and a subsequent writ of restitution being applied for, served, and returned, does a new property management company that acquired the property after the judgment have standing to apply for a new writ or execute the prior writ already returned?

I had my computer equipment taken by detectives for a legal matter not involving me, but they found no offensive files and returned my equipment. I had copies of music and movies on it, which I no longer have. A year has passed, and I want to know if they would still have probable cause to press charges or if the closure of the case means I can lay my concerns to rest.

I want to counter sue or sue somebody. I need someone to look over the contract. I'm the only one performing. I had to vacate the premises. He's been submitting my offers. The mutual ownership agreement has 5 parts to it. We were in an intimate relationship and broke a few years after the purchase. It involves my transferring shares, their paying me equity which never happened, living arrangements we never lived in the apt together, our children's share if one or both were deceased. How much to have someone look it over? My attorney just wants to settle it. He's not suggesting anything because mine and the plaintiffs figures are so far off from each others. Also, I discovered that while I was laid off and trying to free up extra money the plaintiff had taken out the mortgage thereby excluding me without my knowledge. There's a court date for April 1 because I reentered the apartment on 2/26/16 after moving out 4 years ago and the plaintiffs attorney filed an emergency order to show cause. Since I'm still on the shares and have keys I figured I could go and come as pleased cause the agreement didn't specify how long I had to stay out. I've since moved my things out and into storage and will be vacating the apartment today.
