I want to counter sue or sue somebody. I need someone to look over the contract. I'm the only one performing. I had to vacate the premises. He's been submitting my offers. The mutual ownership agreement has 5 parts to it. We were in an intimate relationship and broke a few years after the purchase. It involves my transferring shares, their paying me equity which never happened, living arrangements we never lived in the apt together, our children's share if one or both were deceased. How much to have someone look it over? My attorney just wants to settle it. He's not suggesting anything because mine and the plaintiffs figures are so far off from each others. Also, I discovered that while I was laid off and trying to free up extra money the plaintiff had taken out the mortgage thereby excluding me without my knowledge. There's a court date for April 1 because I reentered the apartment on 2/26/16 after moving out 4 years ago and the plaintiffs attorney filed an emergency order to show cause. Since I'm still on the shares and have keys I figured I could go and come as pleased cause the agreement didn't specify how long I had to stay out. I've since moved my things out and into storage and will be vacating the apartment today.

I had an administrative complaint with the Mi Medical Board, which was resolved with a fine and no admission or denial clause. How should I disclose this when applying for a new license, and can I still negotiate for a dismissal in exchange for a larger fine? Additionally, my Michigan license application has been pending for over a year due to a requirement for an extra year of training, which I cannot fulfill with my previous program. Could this affect my license application, and should I cancel or leave it in process?

I just got scammed by John Bruner and ***** *****. They contacted me through Facebook, claiming to have received a government grant bonus. They asked for money, and I sent them $1,161 initially and then $150. They never showed up as promised, and now they are not responding. What can I do?
