I had an administrative complaint with the Mi Medical Board, which was resolved with a fine and no admission or denial clause. How should I disclose this when applying for a new license, and can I still negotiate for a dismissal in exchange for a larger fine? Additionally, my Michigan license application has been pending for over a year due to a requirement for an extra year of training, which I cannot fulfill with my previous program. Could this affect my license application, and should I cancel or leave it in process?
