I have been receiving correspondence from an email address support@citisgroup, which I cannot find online. The emails are supposedly from someone connected to NatWest Bank in England and are asking for personal information, including a passport picture. How can this email be real if it doesn't exist, and should I be concerned about a potential scam?

I need legal advice. My friend took her car to a Volkswagen dealership for repairs due to a mechanical issue that occurs after driving more than 30 minutes, preventing the car from going over 30 mph. There is also a strange burning rubber odor from the tires. The dealership inspected the car, replaced some parts, and charged $2,000. However, the problem reoccurred shortly after the repair. The dealership now refuses to fix the issue unless my friend pays extra. What can she do?

What if the people I want to subpoena are not directly involved in my personal situation, but have also been a victim of the same abuse from the defendant? Are those testimonies admissible? There are many others and it would demonstrate a behavioral problem pattern. I am the only Plaintiff in the case.

I had a coworker posture at me at work, as though she was going to assault me, but she did not actually assault me. She has been increasingly hostile, and I am afraid to be alone with her. I filed an incident report with my public agency employer, but they are not taking action. I asked for assurance that I would not be alone with her during my shifts, but they could not guarantee this, so I had to back out of my shifts. I spoke with the police, but they indicated there was not much they could do. What should I do?
