When an employee takes time off from their shift to get a COVID vaccine, what classification do we use for paying that time? I don't want to take away their regular sick hours. I would like suggestions to keep it straight legally.

I live in Texas and have a judgment from a Kansas court that was rendered in 2013. A lien was filed in Texas in September 2016. Is the filing of a lien considered a 'proceeding in aid of execution' in the context of 2006 Kansas Code - 60-2403? I am trying to determine if the filing of the lien is enough to keep the judgment from going dormant since no other action has been taken on the judgment and the 5 years would have elapsed otherwise.

I have been paying for their room, board, and food, but I am out of money. I have tried to raise money to help them get home, but people think it's a scam. Is there any way to help them get home, or should I contact higher authorities like the governor or the president?

Does your expungement program include sex offenders in Grand Rapids, Michigan? My son was falsely accused and convicted of sexual assault, and he served 7 years, paroled in 2013. He was actually convicted of assault with intent to penetrate, which didn't happen. Can his record be expunged?
