My daughter joined a sorority at Syracuse University and signed a contract to live in the sorority house. Upon moving in, she found her roommates had moved in early and set up the room in a way that left her with an unsuitable sleeping arrangement, despite the contract and the House Mom's instructions. We are seeking legal advice on whether there is any legal standing to address this issue, as the administration has failed to resolve it.
