I have custody of my granddaughter for almost a year now, child support was ordered. My son, who was living with me, has paid faithfully through his job and the support agency, while the mother of the child was also ordered to pay. We have received only one payment from her. She agreed to pay the court-ordered amount but has not followed through. She is able-bodied but has not complied with court orders, including providing payroll stubs to determine child support. How do we get this non-compliant mother to pay the child support she owes?

My daughter and her ex-boyfriend had a baby last year, and his name is on the birth certificate. They have since broken up, and we have a trip planned to Madrid, Spain in August. Does my daughter need her ex-boyfriend's permission to take the baby out of the country, especially since he has never filed for custody and my daughter and granddaughter live with me, providing their sole support?
